About us

ORCA was started to add a creative, contemporary approach to End-Point Assessment. We work with you to ensure the best outcomes for Learners and Apprentices using innovative methods including remote assessment.

We deliver high-quality support to help you and your apprentices achieve the most out of their apprenticeship programme and towards the successful completion of their End-point Assessments.

ORCAs are known for being large and making a ‘splash’ in the ocean. It is our ambition to be the largest EPAO in the country and we are here to disrupt the industry. ORCA’s work together to feed themselves, showcasing the approach we bring to apprenticeships.

    Student

    • ACE360 – Apprentices have access, ensuring they can access our resources
    • Mock Assessments – Including clear guidance and structure to allow effective preparation
    • Support – We have a dedicated team who help to ensure all apprentice needs are catered for
    • Grading – We provide all apprentices full feedback for assessments, not just a grade

    Provider

    • Guidance – Includes everything an apprentice needs to know pre-gateway.
    • Mock Assessments – Large question banks ensure you can effectively prepare your apprentices.
    • Booking – Our booking process is simple and straightforward, giving you more time to prepare apprentices.
    • Support – Our dedicated team who ensures the needs of all apprentices are met.

    Employer

    • Selection – Employers can decide who to select as your EPAO. You can book ORCA directly or through your training provider.
    • ACE360 Access – Allowing progression tracking through EPA, which ensures you can be responsive to apprentice needs
    • Resources – Employers have access to the same resources as providers and apprentices, allowing you to follow the EPA process
